When an invoice or receipt arrives in Gmail, Manus adds a row to your Google Sheet and saves the attachment to Google Drive.
Every weekday at 8:00 AM, Manus reads yesterday’s numbers in your Google Sheet and posts a short sales report in Slack.
Every Monday at 9:00 AM, Manus reviews last week’s customer emails in Gmail and lists the open requests and the emails that still need a reply.
When a pull request is opened, Manus summarizes the change, points out high-risk files, and checks the tests.

AI workflow automation is a way to have work start on time or when something changes, then use AI to complete the work and return a useful result. With Manus, you describe the outcome, choose when it should run or what should trigger it, and review every run in Automations.
With AI automation you can set up automated reporting, such as a daily sales report from Google Sheets posted in Slack or a weekly industry digest, and routine work such as a Monday summary of customer emails in Gmail, a review of each new GitHub pull request, logging Gmail invoices in Google Sheets, a Notion brief before each Google Calendar meeting, or a Gmail draft follow-up after a Shopify refund. Choose what starts the work and review the result.
Yes. Choose a schedule that does not repeat, or one that runs daily, every weekday, weekly, monthly, on a custom pattern, or from a Cron expression. Set the time zone, use intervals of at least five minutes, and choose when the schedule ends. Your scheduled tasks are listed in Automations.
Yes. Choose a Trigger to start work when an event in a connected app matches your conditions. For a routine with several sources and steps, describe it in your own words with Advanced automation.
Yes. Create a Trigger with Webhook as the source. After you create it, copy its webhook URL and auth header from Settings. Each webhook received at that URL starts the work.
It depends on the apps you connect. Sources include Gmail, Outlook Mail, Mail Manus, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, GitHub, Shopify, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, RSS, and Webhook.
Yes. Use Test run to see a real result before you rely on it. In Confirmations, choose Approval required for work that sends or publishes, or No approval needed for routines you trust.
Open the run in Updates to see what happened. You can ask AI why it failed, let Manus fix it, or pause and edit the automation, then run a test before you resume it.
Yes. Choose Same task to keep every run in one task with its earlier messages, files, and results, or New task to start fresh each time. Choose a Project so every run follows that project's instructions and skills.
